This practice is all levels, meaning that it is suitable for a beginning yoga practitioner as well as yogini with lots of experience. It is intended for mothers-to-be at the end of the third trimester.
This is a gentle practice in which we focus a lot on breath and use lunges and squats to open the hips. Have two blocks and one blanket handy.
