Do You Know How Much Weight You Should Gain During Pregnancy?

Do you know how much weight you should gain during pregnancy? Most women aren't quite sure how much weight they can or should weight to still remain in healthy weight range and this video will answer that question.

A woman who has average weight before pregnancy should gain between 25 to 35 pounds when she's pregnant. On the other hand, underweight women should gain 28 to 40 pounds during pregnancy while overweight women should gain between 15 and 25 pounds. 

Ideally, you should gain between 2 and 4 pounds during first trimester and 1 pound a week during the rest of your pregnancy. However, if expecting twins you should gain between 35 and 45 pounds or 1 ½ pounds a month after the usual weight gain in the first trimester.
