The Don'ts of Pregnancy

The process of pregnancy itself causes many hormonal and physical changes for a woman. For this reason it's important to maintain a healthy pregnancy for you and your baby. 

Pregnancy don'ts:

- Avoid Smoking: 

- Limit your caffeine intake to no more than 200mg a day.

- Don't eat liver or liver products as they may contain large amounts of Vitamin A which may harm the baby.

- Reduce instant foods, preservatives, flavourings and colourings

- Avoid flights before 14 weeks or after 30 weeks
