Fitness During Third Trimester Pregnancy

The third trimester of pregnancy is filled with all sorts of thoughts, emotions, and even physical qualms. Working out during the third trimester of pregnancy can be difficult as your belly is larger and your feeling more tired. 
 
Even just 20 minutes of exercise a day can alleviate many of these symptoms, giving you a boost of energy and strengthening your body for the ultimate feat, delivery. These healthy habits are wonderful to develop now and continue once you get the go-ahead from your doctor in the postpartum period as well. 
 
Third-Trimester Fitness:
Exercise 1 - Alternating Reverse Lunges (15-20 Repetitions)
Exercise 2 - Alternating Leg Extensions (15-20 Repetitions)
Exercise 3 - Oblique Stretch (10-12 Repetitions)
