Fitness Tips for Pregnant Women

Yoga: Your center of gravity changes during pregnancy. Avoid hot yoga while you are pregnant. 

Barre/Pilates: A low-impact way to build up your core and pelvic floor. Avoid lying on your back while you are pregnant.

Crossfit: Be careful to not push yourself too far. 

Running: Avoid increasing intensity or length of workout.

Swimming: Swimming is a great zero-impact exercise. Avoid the hot tub while you are pregnant.
