- Step one foot forward in a comfortable pose.

- Feet spaced apart.

- Whilst exhaling, push your hands forward.

- Bending your front knee.

- Inhale ond move back.

- Straighten your front leg.

- Pull your arms back making tight fists.

- Repeat three times.

- Bring your arms up into prayer position, stay 3 breaths.
