If you do have anchor weights, or if you do want to make the exercise more challenging some 1 kilo or 2 kilo anchor weights you can wear on each ankle and that would create more stretch and also male the exercise harder for you to strengthen the muscles.
This is a fabulous exercise because you not only get to strengthen the muscles but you get to stretch them at the same time. And also stretches through the nerves and not just the muscles.
