Tetra-Amelia Syndrome is a very rare disorder. People born with it are limbless. An unborn fetus inherits a mutated gene called WTN3 from each of its parents that causes this syndrome. This disorder also causes severe malfunctions in the body. Usually the lungs are underdeveloped which results in breathing problems for the fetus. Some babies survive it, while some do not and die right after birth.
