The Oggi Elevation Wedge-Based pillow is designed to work very well for pregnant mothers because it combines aspects of two very popular types of pillows: a U-shaped full body pillow and an inclined wedge foam pillow.
The upper half of the pillow is foam and the "legs" are filed with polyester fiberfill. The entire pillow is covered in 100% polyester for a "faux suede" feel. There is only one cover option but it does come in separate colors.
The cover is removable with a big zipper at the top of the pillow. It is relatively easy to get on and off, although you will have to work it through the legs.
I wasn't able to find clear cleaning instructions for the pillow but I believe you'll want to spot clean the filling and you can machine wash the outer cover, just make sure to air dry it or put the dryer setting to a low heat so you don't accidentally shrink the fabric.
There are a few ways to use the pillow. If you're pregnant and laying on your side, it can really support your head, neck, back and bump and has a lot of length for between the knees. You can also prop it up and use it to sit up on the couch or in bed or you can turn it around and use the wedge as a support option in front.
