Perineal Massage in Pregnancy with the EPI-NO

This video to demonstrate how to use the EPI-NO for perineal massage in pregnancy. Tearing during childbirth is very common but there are some things you can do to reduce the chances and the severity of tearing.

Perineal massage is a great way to train the pelvic floor for birth and reduce the chances of tearing. It is done manually using your fingers from about week 35 onwards.

The EPI-NO makes perineal massage so much easier! It is easier to do and gives you feedback to help you monitor your progress. Studies show shorter push times, higher rates of intact perineums and higher APGAR scores in EPI-NO users compared to non users.
