Postnatal Core Workout for Postpartum (Postnatal Slimdown Core 1)

This workout is perfect for everybody, but it is also so helpful for after pregnancy for core stabilization and realigning everything after you've been frontloaded for so long. 

You must have your doctor's permission before beginning any exercise program.  This is a Postnatal workout, but you must have your OB's permission to begin exercise, which usually occurs at your 6 week postpartum appointment.
