No time to exercise after having a baby? Train your legs, butt, arms and abs with this at home baby workout! You can do this workout your baby or your toddler! Dads can get involved too!
You can also do the exercises with your baby in a carrier, at least for the standing exercises. If you feel like your arms (or your body in general) are about to give out, stop at once and put the baby down. Safety first!
You may also feel that holding/carrying the baby in front of you is limiting your range of motion: your squats aren't as deep as they used to etc. Accept this as a fact of life and rejoice in the fact that at least, you ARE exercising. Any workout is better than no workout! This is our training philosophy at Roses and Rompers.
Exercising together is a fun way to bond with your baby, and releases endorphins that help you relax if you are feeling stressed!
