Postpartum Massage - Belly and Chest

• Pour oil on the belly. 
• Rub the oil on clockwise.
• This will stimulate the intestines.
• Place one hand under the back and the other one on the belly.
• This will provide balance.
• Place hand on hnad and apply light pressure.
• This can release tension.
• Be gentle, especially with pelvic instability, as the body is still recovering.
• Finish with the sides and lower back.
