Pregnancy Exercises to Help Baby Turn From Breech

This sequence is aimed at mothers who would like to turn their breech baby, ideally practiced from 32 weeks of pregnancy. Please only practice this sequence if you are certain your baby is in a breech position. Do not practice this sequence if you have high blood pressure!
