Constant and disruptive itching in your hands , feet and other parts of the body could be a symptom of cholestasis. This can occur late in pregnancy and can be dangerous for you and the baby. It's worth checking with your doctor at any itching interferes with your daily life. While you might feel uncomfortable throughout your pregnancy, you'll want to pay attention to leg cramps, which can be a red flag.

Pregnancy puts women at a greater risk for blood clots in the deep veins of the legs, which is referred to as deep vein thrombosis. Call your doctor if you experience pain in just one leg, and the area is red, tender, swollen and warm to the touch. Finally, your doctor will likely monitor you for preeclampsia, also known as pregnancy-induced high blood pressure.
