Prenatal Pilates: Calf Stretching on all Four

Calf Stretching on all Four is used to decreases swallows of ankles anf feet. Better alignment of pelvis, womb and entire posture. Eases back tension.
 
• Come on to your hands and knees.
• Stretch right leg, flex your foot.
• Toes on the ground.
• Go back to center.
• Repeat movement on the other side.
• Keep spine and neck long.
• Left leg straight, right knee on floor.
• Exhale while stretching the leg to the back.
• Keep on sending your heel towards the wall behind you.
• Keep breathing fully and slowly while stretching.
• Gaze down between your hands.
• Keeping a long neck.
