Prenatal Pilates: Calf Stretching on All Four with a Balance

Calf stretching on all four with a balance is used to increases strength and balance throughout pregnancy. Increases oxygen to flow to the brain. Balances hormones production.
 
• Come on to your hands and kness.
• Straighten right leg.
• Bring left foot and shins to the left.
• Shift the weight to left arm, open body to the side.
• Press right foot firmly to floor.
• Right arm eloated parallel to the head.
• Keep pressing left hand down.
• Breathing into the stretch.
• Slowly rotate back facing the floor.
• Position back to your hands and kness.
• Rotate left shin.
• With control open your body to the side.
• Feel the side stretch.
• Back to center.
