• Slowly tilt your head.
• Breathe into the stretch.
• Back to center.
• Deep breaths as you gently press on the ball.
• Feel the stretch.
• Cross legged, back straight.
• Clear your thoughts.
• Press on ball.
• Breathe through the stretch.
• Let your hands float.
