Prenatal Pilates: Kneeling With A Twist

Kneeling with a twist is designed to promote flexibility and strength. Strengthen the upper body and core muscles. Strengthen ligaments which support the uterus.
 
• Take Deep breaths.
• Relax your mind.
• Come on to your hands and knees.
• Straighten right leg, left foot to the left.
• Right arm elongated parallel to head.
• Place both hands ınfront of you.
• Elongate right arm towards the sky.
• Bring arm through the other arm.
• Feel the stretch.
• Keep your balance.
• Deep breaths.
• Back to center.
• Nice and long.
• Position back to your hands and knees.
