Side Lying Mermaid is designed to reduce heartburn and nausea and to better circulation. Reduces nausea and heartburn. Better circulation of blood and oxygen. Encourages baby to be optimally positioned for birth.
 
• Lay down on one side, pillow supporting your head.
• Hand on waist.
• Slowly bend waist in and out.
• Butt to the outside.
• Repeat exercise, deep breaths.
• Legs bent and aligned.
• In and out.
• Back straight, arm elongated.
• Gentle movements.
