This is a class intended for experienced yoginis in their first or second trimesters of pregnancy. This class assumes a certain level of familiarity with yoga postures, and a certain level of conditioning for those postures.
We begin with a breathing exercise, stretches for the shoulders, a standing sequence of balance and flow, and then the class peaks with a camel backbend. We finish with a couple seated postures and a short svasana.
