Trying to Conceive: Tracking Your Body's Ovulation Cycle | Parents

Watch as Parents shows you how to track your body's ovulation cycle! If you're having your period, it's likely that you have ovulated during that cycle. However, it isn't a certainty. Be on the lookout for these five signs during your next period that could help you better form your personalized ovulation calendar. A painful period accompanied by cramps is a good sign you are ovulating, but if your period becomes abnormally painful, head into the emergency room. Breast tenderness about a week prior to your period is another telltale sign you could look forward to getting pregnant during this time. Bloating, an increase in appetite, and distinct mood changes could signal that it is time to try conceiving, as well. Although these changes to your body aren't exactly the most pleasant thing, these signs are a great way to figure out how to conceive and when!
