Your dear legs, they carry your body and the little one from here to there. They deserve a good massage. A leg massage is good for lymphatic drainage and hydration. It keeps your legs firm and flexible.
 
• Rub full leg with oil.
• Massage hand after hand from ankle to knee.
• Continue with upper leg.
• Lift the leg slowly, heel towards buttocks.
• Knead calf muscle.
• Push and pull calf muscle.
• Make circular motions around the knee.
• Slowly lay down the leg.
• End with a stroke downward.
