Charlie and Ricky are expecting their first child. It came as a shock to the couple and also to their family when they found out that Charlie was pregnant. Charlie's father Dean was initially very protective over his daughter but now he is learning to build a friendship with Ricky and support them through the birth of her baby and the arrival of his granddaughter.
