Social anxiety unfortunately is quite common and it's common more common particularly in people would find that they like to control situations so people who like to write things down like a slightly perfectionist type attitude as well, which can be a good thing.
But sometimes it can over set the mark and give it a lot of anxiety and things that they do day to day. This can be seen not just in mums but it can also be seen in dads as well. So in mums we know together all sorts of mood disorders can occur up to about 20 to 30 percent of mums and with dads it's about 10 to 20 percent of dads.
And unfortunately was also for dads are not always there because they don't recognize that in themselves but symptoms for dads includes not wanted to go home, being obsessed about baby crying and not actually bonding or have an attachment with a baby, because it's felt that the baby's interfering with things.
Feelings of guilt that they feel that way in both the mom and the dad but not recognizing actually it's a mood disorder, because it's such a big life change in having a baby.

It's important to eat healthily in pregnancy. The baby will take all the nutrients he needs, but this can leave you lacking, especially in iron. Your GP can provide iron tablets if you're anaemic.
