How to Establish Good Baby Sleep Habits? (9 to 12 Months)

Your baby sleeps around 14 hours a day. Your baby naps for 1 to 2 hours twice a day. Most babies sleep through the night. Tips to help your baby sleep:

Tip #1: Bedtime routine

Bathtime, pj's, story time, lullaby, kiss. Start your routine well before bedtime. Follow the same routine each night.

Encourage your baby to fall asleep on his own. Put your baby down when drowsy but still awake. When your baby wakes up, give him a few minutes to settle back to sleep.
