The mother-of-five Natalie Maree, from Roebourne in Western Australia, and her husband Kahn had tried for years to have a child before welcoming their two-year-old daughter Kiki.
Natalie received regular hormone injections after being diagnosed with “anovulatory cycle” (infertility of unknown cause) a few years ago.
After years of wondering if she and Khan could get pregnant, she and Khan were overjoyed to finally have their daughter Kiki. They were even more shocked to hear that Natalie was pregnant again last year, but never expected to have four babies.
The young mother said her “jaw fell” when she learned that she was expecting a quadruple during regular ultrasound scans. alking to That’s Life, she said, “I squinted at the fuzzy screen,” before looking at the two bags and screaming: “Twins.”
When the sonographer told her she was wrong, she then asked if she had triplets. Natalie said:’The sonographer shook his head slowly. Then, without saying a word, he lifted four fingers! “
Natalie welcomed Maioha Kahn (2.3kg), Frankee Gene (1.92kg), Marley Rose (2.2kg) and Maddison Grace (2.1kg) via C-Section at 34 weeks.

Since giving birth, Natalie has kept her followers updated on her Instagram where she’s debunked myths on ‘post-baby body bounce back’.
