Postnatal Massage - Feet and Legs

• Rub oil on the feet and legs. 
• Massage the ankle in a circular motion.
• The calf muscles are next.
• Grasp leg and hold it like a baby.
• And rotate the legs in a circular motion.
• Be gentle, especially with pelvic instability, as the body is still recovering.
• Massage thigs in an upward movement.
• Finish by stroking entire leg.
