Alison Sipes has been pole dancing for 13 years, and continues to do so through every stage of her pregnancy. Even as a pole dancing veteran, Sipes says it's been more difficult with each trimester to dance.
She regularly consults her doctors on her physical activity, who agree that continuing dancing will help with her delivery and recovery period. Sipes advises that it's not an activity expecting mothers should involve themselves in if it's they're first time trying the dance.
